Client’s objective: To be able to offer a range of customisable rings

Solution provided:

Nanoceram has engineered a solution that enables it to produce 100% ceramic rings, as single items or in very large runs, which comply with the client’s aesthetic specifications.

There are two ways to customise the rings:

• By colouring them on demand, with a wide range of colours available. It is also possible to create new colours to meet the client’s requirements.
• By adapting the geometry of the part, to tailor the product to the markets targeted by the client: thick rings and thin rings.

We can offer this solution because we have total control of the process, from formulating the powder through to sintering the ring.
