Ceramic cutting wheels

Client’s objective:

To increase the service life of the current metal tooling, which must operate in a highly abrasive environment (forming glass).

Solution provided:

Nanoceram can produce the same cutting wheels from a ceramic material. The material was chosen largely based on its resistance to wear, which ensures that the tooling lasts four times longer.
